We recruit at all levels from graduate to Partner and Vice-President for both permanent and interim Management consulting roles and have a history of prominent team moves within management consulting ranging from 3 to 15 people. We also have exclusive access to many of the worlds management consultancies and therefore in the perfect position to advise individuals or teams looking for a career move in the Management Consulting sector.
We are currently working with 5 leading consulting firms seeking to gain market share in the current economic downturn through acquisition of teams of consultants. Teams should be led by a senior individual(s) and have a mix of both delivery and business development. Senior individual(s) should also have internal Practice Development skills including P&L responsibility, recruitment, proposition to market and thought leadership.
