My client is a fast-growing technology and services company driving dramatic changes in the business information, consulting, and expert network industry. With its proprietary and cutting edge technology, a highly trained team manages a global network of experts and enables timely and customised engagements among these experts and the client-base made up of the worlds leading institutional investors, Fortune 500 companies, and the top professional services firms.
The Programme:
During the course of the two-year program, Associates work with colleagues across offices, and in a team environment, to undertake the following tasks:
Fulfill time-sensitive research requests for the companys clients by analysing inquiries and identifying and qualifying primary populations of topic experts;
Efficiently identify and establish consulting relationships with professionals best suited to consult on highest priority client inquiries via telephone and email;
Understand clients research workflows and objectives, and thereby grow client relationships;
Develop a working substantive knowledge of the industry dynamics relevant to expert recruitment and client service (including the possibility of formal sector specialization for some Associates);
Execute on higher-level service fulfillment by managing premium products including Custom Reports and Custom Research Trips.
At the outset, Associates will participate in a training program where they will:
Learn the companys expert management and search systems and begin communicating actively via telephone with the experts;
Master the communication skills required to bring new experts into the network and develop consulting relationships which will be valuable to the companys clients;
Assist team members in responding to and addressing inquiries.
The Successful Candidate:

Bachelors or masters degrees from top-tier colleges or universities (grade requirement of a high 2.1 or better), or equivalent work experience
Superior communication and interaction skills, including demonstrated oral, written and presentation abilities;
Passion for fast-paced learning, especially in a technology-enabled environment;
Passion for sales and conversation, especially a successful track record in phone sales or outreach;
Ability to communicate and manage relationships across the full professional spectrum including senior colleagues and extremely senior outside professionals;
Fluency in a foreign language including but not limited to: German, French, Italian, Spanish or Russian;
Must be eligible to work in EU
