This is a fantastic opportunity for leading insurance specialists to transfer into consultancy, or for existing consultants to take a jump up the ladder at this leading Big 4. Our client is currently hiring at all levels, hence the broad salary range, expanding its performance improvement practice particularly in the Life, or Non Life, insurance markets.
You will-
Manage stakeholder relationships
Provide hands on management of projects
Develop and deliver cutting edge solutions to clients
Initiate innovative programmes for cross business transformation
Be travelling on a regular basis and meeting clients throughout the UK and EMEA.
You could have worked in a Tier 1 insurer, and then moved into a consultancy firm. You have a track record of delivering savings and increasing operational efficiencies within a range of insurance contexts.
Knowledge of BPR techniques, such as Lean and/or Six Sigma would be desirable, but not a must; a track record in process improvement for insurance industry is.
You will have excellent academics, and a strong ambition to succeed. You will grow and develop in this business.
