FInance & Performance Management - Senior Director / Assoc Partner - London + travel ( could be based anywhere in UK, provided travel )
£225,000-£250,000 + Bonus + benefits
An exceptional opportunity exists for an ambitious senior individual to join a prestigious global consultancy firm and help drive forward their UK FInance Excellence team. This position requires someone to lead, shape and further develop their existing successful finance & performance management practice. With an enviable client base, which includes many FTSE100 & Fortune 500 clients, & very strong demand from clients, this consultancy is well positioned to expand further by cross-selling and capitalising on existing relationships.
The successful candidate will be an accomplished Senior Director/ AP/ VP/ Partner with extensive finance & performance management experience particularly in Finance Shared Services. They'll bring a demonstrable track record of Business development and delivery in F&PM. Whilst you will not be expected to bring clients, you should be accustomed to presenting at up to C-level to major FTSE100 clients. Other desirable ( but not essential ) skills include team management & building ( inc recruitment ), thought leadership and some P&L experinece.
The successful individual will be given the autonomy and resources to really drive forward the capability. In contrast to many of their competitors the oppotunity to progress towards a global Partner position with siginificant equity are very real and can happen surprisingly quickly for ambitious individuals.
This is a challenging role, and the upside rewards are designed to attract an ambitious individual. In addition to a significant pay increase and bonus potential, this role will provide a clear and tangible ascension to a global partner role!
