This medium-sized consulting firm is currently growing rapidly in the UK. They are looking for a number of established consultants to join their independently owned firm to consult to the UK retail banking industry.
This Market is going through significant changes at the moment, in terms of regulation, organisational re-design, re-working of their target operating models, and removing cost from their business. This consultancy is helping with all of these changes.
You will have worked in an established consultancy firm, with experience with either retail or corporate banking clients. You will be looking for an open and less structured business that can really increase your exposure to the type of clients you want to be face to face with. As discussed, previous management consultancy experience is essential.
