Their recent projects range from revolutionising customer experience at HSBC, to helping M&S conceive and realise their Plan A, to building a brand fame strategy for New Look. In this work, they have to continuously earn our right to be a valued advisor on their strategic challenges so they need people who can balance high intelligence with strong people skills. They also need people to work and think in a particular way:
• Thinking outside-in – getting businesses to become genuinely customer orientated • Marrying left brain / right brain thinking – fusing creativity and analysis
• Delivering outcomes – turning ideas into practical solutions • Being engaging and collaborative – getting client teams involved in the whole process, from start to finish.
You should be ambitious and focused on making growth a reality. You should have proven consulting experience in customer led innovation and a strong set of skills in strategic analysis and proposition development, workshop facilitation and leading complex projects.
You should also be positive and collaborative and recognise the benefits and challenges of working for a small company with a close-knit team.
