Enterprise Performance Management & BI Specialists - Uk wide + some travel to client projects ( mainly in Sth East )
£70,000- £120,000 + 35% bonus + benefits
Exceptional opportunity to join the worlds preeminent EPM consultancy which is going through an exciting period of growth due to strong demand for their services. Our client has an enviable client base of mainly FTSE100 & Fortune500 clients. They work at C-level and provide expert consulting across Strategic Planning, Planning & Budgeting, Scorecarding, Financial Consolidation & Reporting, BI & Operational Reporting and Forecasting. Currently our client is looking for an experienced Manager & Senior Manger and they are offering a very attractive reward package to attract & retain ambitious EPM specialists.
Individuals with experience providing Planning, Budgeting and Business Intelligence solutions to clients are of particular interest.
Specifically we are interested in candidates who have experience in at least one of the following:
Deep understanding (with established implementation experience) of Oracle (Hyperion Planning, FDM & Essbase) or SAP BPC (Outlooksoft) EPM systems and how they are configured to model finance operating models, and finance reporting in a corporate environment.
Demonstrable experience of managing system implementation projects throughout the full lifecycle – design
build and roll out in one or more of the following areas: Budgeting and forecasting, Financial Consolidation, Management reporting or Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)/ Balanced scorecard.
Demonstrated ability to advise senior management on alternative solutions and risks with experience of presenting and influencing at a senior level.
The desire and capability to provide business and technical mentorship to members of a project team.
It is also desirable that candidates have:
Knowledge of the broader landscape of Business Intelligence (BI) systems and other relevant software and how they integrate together with EPM systems to provide strategic data management system platforms.
Education to Degree level ( essential ). Additional qualifications such as ACA/ACCA/CIMA/MBA are desirable but not essential
