We're looking for all inventors and innovators with a proven track record in an agency or consultancy to join this fast growing boutique.
They very much play with the big boys in terms of co-creation with a client portfolio brimming with FTSE 100 and FTSE 250 companies.
They have an urgent need for a senior consultant who can hit the ground running dealing with online communities, running idea generation workshops and getting stakeholder buy in. You'll be able work on multiple projects at one time and love the challenge these demands create. You'll be a real people person, but a do-er. You'll thrive on delivering exceptional results for your clients and be able to deal with a fast paced, intense and fun culture.
They are looking for senior consultants that will have an agency or innovation boutique background and might have worked as an inventor for a consultancy or a strategic planner in an agency. You must have an understanding of the UK FMCG or Telecoms markets and be used to dealing with senior clients. You'll have a real passion for brands, branding issues and how to extend and engage with a brand.
You might be a frustrated account manager at an agency and looking to make that move to the strategic side of projects. You might already be a strategic planner or inventor and looking to have more client exposure and responsibility.
They have doubled revenues in the last 12 months and grew 50% the year before so they are in a fantastic position to offer the right candidate great exposure and opportunity to learn, as well as client interaction and responsibility from the very beginning.
In addition to this you'll be
degree educated with a 2.1 or above from a red brick university,
you'll have exceptional written and spoken English and be known as being incredibly picky when it comes to proofing
hungry for growth and able to work in a small but fast growing consultancy (and all the benefits and challenges this brings)
able to handle the creative element brands demand as well as the logistical side of innovation implementation
at the cutting edge of online community developments in insight and innovation
have the gravitas to hold a room of internal and external stakeholders and ask the right questions to get the best insights
a great problem solver
down to earth, able to banter and fun!
