A boutique consultancy is growing - Senior and Managing Consultant required! - Mainly London
£70 - 80K base
Do you want to avoid the traditional big firm “hierarchical” model of consulting?
A well-established boutique consultancy is currently actively recruiting. They want to bring on board a senior and managing consultant to join their business performance improvement team.
They work with a wide range of clients within public and mainly private sectors predominantly around London focusing on change, programme management and process redesign mainly in financial services.
Successful candidates will have:
• A solid management consultancy background (minimum of 4 years)
• Experience of process and organisational design
• Programme, project and change management skills (example: PRINCE2)
• Exposure to “hard-nosed” performance improvement and the “softer” aspects of change management
The role will involve:
• working on various projects - on the front line and take real accountability in transforming business
• engaging with senior managers and also rolling up your sleeves and get stuck in on the “shop floor”
• supporting the Management Team in growing the consultancy
Salary
£70k – 80K + benefits + bonus.
