What you will do
Join us in a consultancy role and you’ll be involved in:
- Operations change management/transformation experience, including an understanding of IT, spanning some / all of the following areas:
- Operating Model Design - Target Operating Model, Business Operating Model, Organisational Design, Functional Architecture, Locational Model, Application Architecture, Sourcing Models, Onshoring / Offshoring, Insourcing / Outsourcing.
- Process Improvement - Business Process Re-engineering (BPR), Business Process Transformation, Workflow, Exception Processing, Process Control Review and Design, Six Sigma, Lean, Process Modelling, Process Mapping, Process Flow Definition & Design.

- Show potential to develop strong client relationships.
- Have intellectual strength/flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered.
