What you will do
Join us in a consultancy role and you’ll be involved in:
- Project or Programme Mobilisation
- Development and approval of complex business cases
- End to end delivery
- Managing teams of 10-40 people
- Preparation and delivery of concise effective stakeholder communications or governance materials
- Senior stakeholder influencing skills in formal and informal settings
- Set up and running of complex multi site PMO.
What you need
We’re looking for people who have:
- Strong interest and commitment to developing and delivering leading edge solutions to financial services industry clients
- Potential to develop strong client relationships
- Intellectual strength/flexibility to rapidly understand complex problems and rationalise these into a workable solution which can then be delivered
- Team player skills and who openly support, encourage and share knowledge with colleagues
- Delivered 3-5 significant Projects or Programme workstreams. Must be able to demonstrate clear ownership of these roles
- Delivery experience which should have included accountability (if not hands-on delivery) of significant IT/Infrastructure change
- Demonstrable awareness of Programme Lifecycle and alternative delivery methods. Able to discuss and summarise alternative delivery structures and delivery methods (Waterfall, RAD/JAD, Agile)
- The ability to combine Business and Technical insight, and the ability to take the business view and balance operational, regulatory and commercial impacts of projects against the imperative to deliver.
