What you will do
Join us in a regulatory and compliance role and you’ll:
- Work with regulated firms to develop innovative solutions to new regulations
- Assist clients to restructure their organisations on a national, regional and global basis
- Work with regulators and governments to consider effective regulatory solutions to market issues
- Develop technical expertise alongside experts with complementary skills
- Establish, maintain and strengthen client relationships
- Coach team members, share knowledge and help them to develop.
What you need
We’re looking for people who have:
- A strong academic background including a Bachelor’s degree
- A practical knowledge of compliance and regulation in either Investment Banking, Retail Banking, Investment Management or Insurance
- An ability to work in a team environment, whilst also being highly self-motivated
- An ability to think in a creative and imaginative way
- Effective leadership and project management skills.
