Working with the top management of the world's major companies, consultants you will tackle the key strategic, organisational, operational and technological challenges faced by their clients. Many internal strategy consultants have made a successful transition from industry to consulting. Our client’s success is based on attracting and developing exceptional people: creative problem solvers, incisive thinkers and inspiring communicators. Successful candidates will achieve significant impact by applying their industry knowledge to advise clients directly, or by providing expert backup and support to their client teams.
We are recruiting across all industry sectors for our client’s China, Singapore and Australia Operations.
We are keen to talk to candidates with experience either working for a consulting firm or from a reputable global organisation with any of the following skills:
• Lean Six Sigma/Manufacturing– lean Manufacturing, Manufacturing Strategy/Networks/Outsourcing, Energy efficient manufacturing, maintenance, service sub-contracting, capability building
• Supply Chain Strategy - Integrated planning (forecasting, demand management, inventory management), Logistics, Working Capital Reduction
• Strategic Procurement – Strategic Sourcing, Global Sourcing, total cost of ownership, purchasing organisation, procurement transformation.

Candidates need to have the following:
• Exceptional academics. 1st or 2i from a Top University. Ideally you need to be in the top 5-10% of your academic class with exceptional GMAT/GPA scores
• Phd/Masters (MBA/MSc/MEng) are also desirable from a Top University or Business School
• 3-10 years experience working for a leading consulting firm or a major global corporation ( Fortune 500)
• Relevant skills in Operations Strategy/Manufacturing/SCM/Procurement as mentioned above
• Speak fluent Mandarin
