Risk & Regulation Specialists - Partnership awaits! - London or NY plus Travel
£250K-400K ++ total package
Amid substantial global, regulatory reform, banks are currently faced with immense challenges and changes. This has led to very storng demand for Risk & Regulatory specialists with extensive banking experience. Our client, a prestigious global consultancy, partners with some of the worlds largest Banks and is currently investing heavily to grow their Risk & Regulatory practice. Recognising that demand is very storng, they have created 2 partner roles for ambitious Director level individuals.
Specifically we are interested in talking to Director level candidates who have deep expertise in one of the following:
Basel
Market & Credit Risk
MI & EPM Specialists who can help banks with regulatory reporting
OTC & CCP Strategy
In addition to being a SME in one of the above, you must also be comfortable working at senior level to advise clients on the strategic implications of regulatory changes. Identification, management and remediation of regulatory risks and issues and helping clients to implement new regulatory requirements is an important part of the role. You should also have excellent commercial skills and be comfortable bidding for new projects and generating revenue. Finally you will also be expected to contribute to practice development thorugh thought Leadership, recruitment and training & mentoring other staff.
We will consider candidates from either a consultancy background or industry. Ideally you will have worked for a consulting firm (Big 4, Strategy House, Boutique Consultancy) or a leading bank (Goldmans, Barclays, JP Morgan, Prudential, Barclays, Lloyds, RBS etc)
