Requirements:
Deep expertise in Change Management, Human Capital Management, or Organization Development
Ideally 3-6 years of relevant work experience preferably in consulting, demonstrating progressive advancement and a strong record of achievement
Experience in managing all stages of the consulting cycle: assessment, design and implementation
Strong academic background, ideally including an advanced business degree (e.g. M.Sc., MBA, PHD ) ideally in a related discipline
An ability to build effective relationships, manage people, drive change, and accomplish challenging goals
Fluency in English (oral and written), additional European language preferred
Willingness to travel and work on international projects
