I have a fantastic role if you are looking to get out of consulting. This role provides an industry role but is consulting based so you get the best of both worlds.
My client is the world’s largest and the world’s most profitable pure Executive Search firm. They are a private Partnership with virtually zero attrition. Global Head quarters are in the US and they have a turnover of $500 million with over 30 offices around the globe in the US, S. America, Europe and AsiaPac.
Most if the people from my client come from top tier strategy houses like Mckinsey, BCG, Bain and also top consulting firms like Accenture and Big 4. Salaries are exceptional to around £120k base but one can expect the variable in year one to be £60k to £100k. Year 2 the variable can easily be over £200k.
I know you may think that executive search is not the right career move for you and the reasons why the people I met at my client work there explained that many consultants move into industry from Consulting for a better work life balance yet when consultants move into industry the change is often too big and sadly many people are not happy. This role provides an industry role but is consulting based so you get the best of both worlds.
My client really work at Board level and they are shared information from these firms at a level even higher than the top strategy firms! You will get privileged access to the top people in FTSE100 firms that is very rare in any profession.
