Successful candidates will achieve significant impact by applying their industry knowledge to advise clients directly, or by providing expert backup and support to their client teams.
We are currently helping our client source candidates in Germany, France, the Netherlands, The UK, Spain and Italy
The ideal participants should bring the following:
1. Excellent Academics. Good A Level results and a 1st or 2i from a top University. Masters and Phds are also desirable but not essential
2. Good leadership potential and business sense with enthusiasm, confidence and mobility
3. Have 3-10 years (Associate/Manager level) in one of the following areas:
• Customer Experience and Service Design
• Frontline and field operations
• Sales Transformation and TOM
• Service Factory and Lean back-office processes
• Customer Care and web operations
• Service Strategy
• Lean Six Sigma
• Customer Service Centres
• Sales Force Transformation
• After Market Services & Parts
• Interactive Voice Response (IVR)
• Sales Strategy and Effectiveness
• Outsourcing and Offshoring of Customer Practices
