What you will do:
Join our Transaction Advisory Services team and you’ll provide integrated, objective advisory services in one of the following areas:
- Operational Transaction Services.
- Transaction Support.
- Restructuring.
- Lead Advisory (M&A, Capital & Debt Advisory, Infrastructure Advisory, Real Estate Finance).
- Valuation & Business Modelling.
You’ll work with our clients to evaluate opportunities, make transactions more efficient and achieve strategic goals. Whatever the size, nature or location of the company - and deals - we can play a critical role throughout the deal lifecycle.
You’ll work with the world’s largest organisations, fastest-growing companies and private equity firms on some of the biggest and most complex cross-border engagements in the global market.
