Our Operational Transaction Services team supports the whole deal lifecycle from initial assessment, IT/Operational due diligence, merger integration, carve out/separation, through to post deal value enhancement.
What you’ll do:
Join us in Operational Transaction Services and you’ll:
- Carry out buy side and sell side engagements during transactions for corporate firms and private equity houses.
- Support corporate restructuring.
- Provide non-deal operational services to Ernst & Young clients.
What you need:
We’re looking for talented people across all levels who have:
- Deep operations or IT experience combined with strong analytical and advisory skills.
- Previous exposure to transactions (advantageous).
- Strong academic record, including a degree.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, facilitation and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work well within a team.
- Effective written and verbal communication.
