You will be able to demonstrate career progression with increasing responsibility in project roles, for example, in transformation, IT or Change; have strengths in business analysis, problem solving and interpersonal skills as well as commercial acumen, so you are able to formulate and deliver creative, value adding solutions to client issues.
The Ideal candidate must have at least 7 years experience in consulting and possess a demonstrable track record of delivering and selling large scale programmes within the financial services domain.
A successful candidate will have the following traits:
Extensive experience in Programme Management
Ability to demonstrate your leadership skills on substantial projects with large teams, or change programmes involving significant performance improvement
Understanding of project / business change methodologies, processes, techniques and issues
