We are recruiting at all levels for a variety of consultancies and Financial servives institutions. and are looking for individuals with relevant experience who are able work well as part of a team. We are looking for candidates who are responsible, decisive, clear-thinking, commercially focussed and motivated.
You will be either Quantative or Qualitative – but will possess:
• BSc or MSc preferably in a quantitative/economics/business discipline
• An impressive track record in Risk Management or Measurement in areas such as Solvency II, Capital Management, credit, market, operational or business risk management within a Financial services environment
• Strong intellectual and technical risk skills in the areas of market, credit and liquidity risk
• A good understanding of the role of risk management in helping an organisation achieves its business goals
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills to support working with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrable ability to manage multiple tasks and projects and have proven capacity to take on greater responsibilities as they develop within the firm
• An inquisitive mindset and interested in constantly updating and developing their professional and technical skills
• Have strong oral, listening and written communication skills
• Have strong people management, client handling and development skills, including inter-personal sensitivity and influencing skills
• Have strong project and financial management skills
For more senior positions previous Consultancy experience is a must.
