We moved into bright new offices in April and had to take additional space by November. The feeling of consultants and support staff alike moving in the same direction, to common goals, is brilliant to experience.
Our traditional client base has grown in all accounts (O&G, Life Sciences, FinTech, Financial Services), and newer areas such as Central Government, Telecoms and Policing have offered our consultants exciting new areas and more strategic & advisory based assignments.
Growth in 2017 will be min 30%, and these Programme Manager roles will be key in leading new assignments and backfilling leadership of existing programmes, to free up Directors.

Previous experience in technology or digital projects is critical, as is a willingness to travel on weekdays if required (UK and Europe). Strong in governance, agile project management, business change, hands-on leadership / coaching style.
