About our client: 

Our client are experienced lifestyle marketing professionals with a true love of space, place and destination marketing providing an ‘in-house’ marketing solution for real estate developers across all asset classes with a focus on residential, including PRS/Build To Rent and Later Living.

They set marketing strategy in line with commercial drivers by drawing on insights, research and a wealth of team experience from our lifestyle, property, luxury, retail and hospitality
marketing backgrounds. They then onboard a team of tried and tested creatives and suppliers and manage them throughout the implementation stage. All the while they gather data and
analytics to ensure ongoing evidence-based marketing strategies and effective marketing spend/ROI, with the ultimate aim of fostering customer retention.

General duties:
• Research: market, industry, consumer, innovations and new business
• Presentations: Help to create pitch documents, credentials and other business or client presentations
• Market knowledge: Keeping up-to-date with competitor and market activity through various mediums (advertising/ property portals/ competitor schemes)
• Financial: Dealing with suppliers and ensuring that invoices are paid or payment is received
• Website: Keeping their website up to date and creating case study content.
• Social Media: Management of Conductor’s social media accounts including creating
content and content planning
• Communications: Responsible for regular newsletter including content, set up (Mailchimp) distribution and analytics
• Database management: includes management of existing customer and client database's as well as the creation and management of the following new data capture reports such as:
- Master campaign analytics database and report template
- Master supplier ‘black book’ database
- Master residential development competitor sales database
• Company procedure: involvement in the continued improvement and implementation of
company procedures and adherence to same, together with involvement in new initiatives
such as:
- Customer Communications and Completions procedure
- Data capture and analysis methods and requirements
• Administration: General administrative duties as required to assist with the smooth running of the office and to provide support to the team

Project specific duties
Other duties for their clients on a project specific basis, in conjunction with and supported by a senior team member;
• Advertising & Media: keeping up to date with media schedules and coordinating adverts
to go to print. Briefing in changes to adverts to the creative agency and ensuring that adverts are issued to meet deadlines
• Research: sourcing, understanding, interpreting and writing narrative of research findings
• Analysis & Reporting: using Google Analytics, SEO/ PPC and other similar reports to create a holistic report to be issued on a regular basis that covers leads, return on investment and trends
• Property Portals: ensuring that the on-site sales team are refreshing these regularly.
Maintaining all the correct information, creating and issuing assets to the teams and
conducting regular market research
• CMS Management: Keeping the scheme websites up to date and making ad-hoc
changes or publishing new content
• Database Management: Segmentation and best practice for targeted campaigns
• Collateral creation: working on the brief, design and production of marketing collateral and material
• CGI and Imagery: assist with the creation of CGIs and photography shoots including briefing and on-location assistance
• Events: planning and implementation of events including working at the event to assist with event management
• Ad hoc work on a project basis
• Creation and distribution of client newsletters
• Taking notes at meetings, including preparation and distribution of meeting minutes
• Other ad-hoc marketing related tasks as required by clients

Candidate description

Required education and professional qualifications
• MSc in Marketing
• Knowledge of marketing research / statistical software and tools
• Knowledge of tools to reach South East Asia audiences such as We Chat
• Management of personal Social Media accounts
• Experience in blogging / blog posts
• Experience in the real estate sector, in particular Build To Rent brands or product
• IT requirements: Apple hardware, Microsoft suite, Adobe InDesign, Toggl timekeeping,Dropbox server, Mailchimp, Wordpress, Google Analytics
