Project Management Consultant in Cognizant’s Strategy and Transformation Practice - London

We are seeking Project Management Consultants across grades to join our Strategy and Transformation Practice's Centre of Excellence ideally with experience within Transformation Delivery - including Portfolio, Programme, Project Management and PMO.

We are looking for candidates who have been engaged in digital transformation projects and we offer fantastic opportunities to work on business and IT transformation programmes with some of the fastest moving, well recognised brands in the world, across all industries.

In this role you will have responsibility for managing all aspects of IT and/or business projects from initiation through to implementation. You will be expected to define project scope, set priorities, assign resources, create and manage project plans, control dependencies, manage risks and issues, and manage change control. There will be significant engagement with clients, business stakeholders and third party contractors/vendors.

Experience and skills:
Relevant PPM Background gained in a consulting organisation
Knowledge and appropriate application of one or a number of industry standard project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Prince 2)
Experience of working within a controlled project and program environment, managing processes such: RAID management; change control; planning; resource management; and status reporting 
Ability to produce quality deliverables with minimal supervision and direction.
