Project Manager- Telecoms - London

Chaucer celebrates 30 years of consulting this year, from humble beginnings to our expanding, globally reaching company.  At the heart of the business has always been rigorous project management, adapted with pragmatism to best suit client’s individual needs. We don’t prescribe fixed methodologies, and we trust our people.

Our telecoms account is experiencing strong demand for project managers with strong planning skills and PMO experience, consultants who understand good management of dependencies, constraints and resource management.   This is a newer area for us, supporting technology firms to deliver projects for their clients, using our traditional core strengths PM and PMO to drive the implementations.

Chaucer is known for Programme Delivery Excellence, addressing the real needs of clients and handing projects back to the business at the right time.  PMs will understand how to get the most of their teams, while still being hands-on Project Managers. Knowledge of Microsoft Project Plan, building and manageing intergrated planning is essential,

Our motivated, energetic consultants are passionate about their work, their client’s, and their own development.  A flat structure gives consultants access to all levels of the business.

These aren’t positions for someone who prefers rigid job specs, people join Chaucer because they want to grow, be challenged, to challenge, and be a valued & visible instead of a number.  Shape your role, choose your involvement, leverage resources; the support is there to maximise your progress.
