Role Description

Purpose of the Role:

Work within a high energy and entrepreneurial Business & Technology Practice providing advisory and delivery services to UK &I based Insurance clients. The role will focus on Delivery management responsibilities across accounts with the delivery engagement partner having complete ownership and responsibility for service delivery and be responsible for ensuring the clients satisfaction with Services.

  • Support development of proposals to position, sell & close new business opportunities

  • Operate as trusted advisor to key client stakeholders

Contribution to Development of Practice:

  • Lead the management of practice activities such as Proposition or Solution Development,  Community & Communications
  • Coach and Mentor members of the team
  • Operate as Subject Matter Expert for specific solutions, framework, line of business, etc.

  • Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders (Both customer and internal CTS)
  • Matrix-managing a multidisciplinary team
  • Actively manage the PM Management team, sharing and re-applying skills and knowledge and bringing in best practice.

  • Highly experienced in actively managing large scale client relationships from a strategic level to deliver positive outcomes
  • Motivated to achieve outcomes and excited by opportunity to lead change and transformation

Desirable Skills & Experience:

 

  • Has previously developed insight, propositions or offers which have delivered client revenue
  • Has delivered thought leadership to clients and external forums such as Industry Analysts or conferences

Industry Experience:

Must have a minimum of 15 years’ experience of working within the Insurance industry

Preferably within the General Insurance and /or London Markets/Lloyds, Brokers and ReInsurance.
