The opportunity to play a leading role in growing a new office for an established IT Management Consultancy. DMW has a 29-year track record of doing great work with amazing customers. Recognised as a Great Place To Work for 6 years running we’re now expanding with a new office in Leeds. Supported by significant key-stone client wins and sustained business growth, DMW is building a team of 15-20 IT Managing Consultants over the next 12 months.

You’ll have the opportunity to make a big impact on the business and our customers, balancing client delivery, company growth and maturity initiatives. Our first hires will be key to establishing a collaborative, high performance team of Technology Transformation experts that help customers transform their business through technology and change management.

REQUIREMENTS

We are especially interested in experienced Managing Consultants who have worked in Financial Services, Insurance, Energy, Retail or Public Sector.

Experience will ideally include any combination of:

  • Project, Programme and Portfolio Management,
  • Cloud, Data centre and Network Migrations and Transformations,
  • Data Architecture and Analysis,
  • Digital Acceleration with Agile and DevOps approaches.

We are client-side advocates and are relentless about acting in our customers’ best interests. This often involves managing myriad suppliers and other consultancies as part of a small, high-impact team of DMW experts.
