Working alongside the Head of Consulting and UK & MEAN teams, the key focus of this exciting and dynamic role is to develop, sell and deliver negotiation Consulting to our Clients to the highest professional standards. As part of this the successful candidate will also make a significant contribution to the development and growth of our overall Consulting proposition - driving innovation and new solutions, building expertise and creating intellectual property. The role is both client and internal facing, so the ability to devise appropriate communication and management strategies for different stakeholders is essential.
This role will suit a vibrant, intelligent, quick thinking individual with high EQ. They will be a strong leader who can motivate and inspire a team with their charisma, energy, ambition and capability. Focused on results and task completion, they will also, crucially, be open to new ways of working and innovation.

The role is located in our Head Office in Berkhamsted, a beautiful market town a short commute from London. Travel throughout Europe will be a pre-requisite, but can be combined with home working when appropriate.
