Responsibilities
You will report to a Managing Partner and will work independently manage teams locally and globally on projects of varying scales for international corporate groups, financial investors, and start-ups alike. You will also be expected to participate in business development for the company. You will apply business principles to the water industry, a $70B industry that underpins every other industry globally. You will develop a global view of the water industry from a commercial standpoint. Depending on project needs, you could be leading the commercial due diligence on market-changing mergers or acquisitions, or helping build market intelligence and strategic insights that will support clients in making key business decisions.
Requirements
Business or engineering graduate from a renowned school
Experience in strategy consulting and/or financial transactions; prior experience at water companies is not necessary, but will also be considered favourably
Proficient with MS Excel, PowerPoint, and ThinkCell
Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills in English; fluency in other languages an advantage
Analytical and at ease with numbers; problem-solving oriented
Deadline-driven, organised, and able to multi-task
Interest in water-related environmental issues
Able to build strong relationships with colleagues and clients
Willingness to teach and mentor younger consulting team members
Ideally with international exposure (study/work)
Travel may be required on project basis
