Senior Consultants – Improvement Services

For a number of years they have been helping their customers reduce the cost of running lines with Operational Cost Reduction Consultancy Services. They are now developing and implementing a wider range of services to meet growing customer demand. To meet this demand we need to expand our capacity in several geographic regions including the US!

The Senior Consultant will assist and support the Managers as they reduce customer costs and improving profitability.

The main tasks and responsibilities for the job are: -

  • To support clusters in the implementation of projects and ensure compliance to the methodologies for
    • Analysis and understanding of customer operational losses,
    • Implementation of performance improvement through loss reduction
  • Verifying and refining the effectiveness of such methodologies.
  • To support the global network of trained staff
  • To drive growth in technical sales through improvement in customer productivity, development and delivery of innovative new services.


The ideal candidate for this role will possess strong analytical and inter-personal skills. The position demands a strong drive to set and exceed challenging objectives and goals through the implementation of methodologies. Understanding the importance of being tactful in negotiations and the ability to motivate people by choosing the appropriate leadership style in a network environment is also important. Excellent communication skills, process orientation, a positive service mind set and customer focus are all essential to this position. The candidates will have accumulated extensive experience dealing with a range of customer issues both at operational and management level. Travel requirements are very high (up to 70%). The position will be locally based in Texas United States, or if you live somewhere else in the US you will travel within North America. 

We are looking for candidates with a detailed knowledge of production management within a FMCG manufacturing environment, with a good understanding of cost allocation, auditing and knowledgeable in performance improvement methods such as TPM, Six Sigma, or WCM.
