Bring your management consulting expertise to an award winning, global management consultancy business. You will be working on a variety of challenging and rewarding projects with tier 1 clients. Due to continued growth and greater demand for delivery capability our client are expanding their UK team and looking to recruit across the consultant level. 

A Consultant role at our client provides an exciting opportunity for an energetic, ambitious self-starter who has experience in management consulting, internal strategy, strategic marketing or distribution support. Their consultants work for top tier clients across the analysis, design and implementation stages of a variety of consulting and capability engagements.

About You:

The ideal candidate will have experience in, or an affinity for Sales, Marketing and Service transformation. Most important for success in this role is someone with a flexible, creative and can-do approach and who can work effectively in a small team and fast paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities:

•Coordinate and participate in work-streams on client facing projects

•Apply structured thinking to solve ambiguous business problems with limited information

•Perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on all aspects of sales and marketing transformation

•Develop client-ready business documents

•Liaise with clients to plan and manage projects

•Deliver and facilitate client workshops and project meetings

•Manage internal and external stakeholder relationships

•Contribute to firm building initiatives to create a best in class consulting practice

•Assist with the development of intellectual property


Skills and Experience:

•Design and delivery of projects in one or more of these areas: Strategy Development, Sales Operating Models, Sales Force Effectiveness, Customer Experience Transformation, Channel and Profitability Optimisation, Customer Segmentation, Marketing Transformation and/or Service Management Optimisation

•Business and commercial acumen

•Structured thinking processes, advanced analytical / problem solving and research skills

•Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills

•Project Management and Planning

•Advanced written and communication skills

•Workshop facilitation and presentation skills
