How do they decide whether you get the lower end of the percentage increase for your peer rating or the higher end of the percentage increase for your peer rating?And is it true that people newer to to ACN get lower payrises than peeps who have been there >1 yr?

This sounds right.Lots of Clients need SAP resources and they are in short supply.The same cannot be said of PowerPointI am sure the management consulting guys have a matrix to describe this.

Yes lots of strat boys on the bench at the moment while SAP being pirated left right centre by the advisory boys rebuilding their tech practices (one firm in particular) - so who would YOU give your raises to? While stock values rise and fall ERP installations soldier on and on and on...
