Hi, Has anyone heard any news on the Accenture payrises or level of promotions this year?

Tell day tomorrow, more news then.Will definitely be interesting to see what the average pay rise is...Please state FY08 level, FY08 salary compared to FY09 level, FY09 salary (and rating if you dare...)

so far, low pay rises rumours...A2 to C1 at £40k...

C1 > C2, 46 to 51k, rating above. 10%.

C1-C2, from ££42,975 to £47,272, Rating Above - 10%

A2 -> C1 above rating, 41k

They are good on base, but no car allowance or bonus until M1

How do they decide whether you get the lower end of the percentage increase for your peer rating or the higher end of the percentage increase for your peer rating?And is it true that people newer to to ACN get lower payrises than peeps who have been there >1 yr?

General concensus of fairly good payrises this year.... shocker.

A2->C1 Consistent with, £33,500 -> £41,205, SI&T Am 23, work on an internal project currently.Bit peeved as I droped from SA to CW somehow! Still happy with promotion.

I know some of the SAP guys were getting hot skills bonuses to stop them from killing themselves with the tedium of the work they do.

This sounds right.Lots of Clients need SAP resources and they are in short supply.The same cannot be said of PowerPointI am sure the management consulting guys have a matrix to describe this.

Yes lots of strat boys on the bench at the moment while SAP being pirated left right centre by the advisory boys rebuilding their tech practices (one firm in particular) - so who would YOU give your raises to? While stock values rise and fall ERP installations soldier on and on and on...

Does anyone have an idea what the minimum base salary for an M1 is. I've just got promoted but trying to benchmark my new salary with the min/max and/or what others may have got.Thanks

latter. its based on the rating you moved up with. however there are already pre-defined bandings for C1+. usually a big jump from 31-33k to 40-44k.
