new interesting site I have come across recently, compares salaries and employee experience of companies with the aim of sharing information and putting on reviewwww.glassdoor.comit is pretty big in the states but now also covers the UK, have a look and submit your salary and opinions on your firm. should save a bit on the amount of salary comparison posts in here...

looks mainly US based. Looks like the KPMG lot get paid quite low than Accenture or other orgs in the consulting arena.

KPMG always pay less - that is why consultants transferring in from other big 4 companies get such a massive jump in grade.

Excellent site - just registered and plugged my numbers in. Not yet a replacement for industry-specific surveys and analyses, but really ups the ante for salary data and incentivises everyone to improve their reports.Vault should be sh*tting themselves - better quality data, better site design and functionality, and free!

Excellent, I love it. Just need to get more UK consultants to put their data up there. I've not had the guts yet to invite anyone from work to use it, only friends.

Jesus wouldn't fancy working in the states if that's where most of the data comes from. I'm earning 60% more than the average for my grade (Senior Consultant).
