How much bonus should one expect to get in PA in their first year at C Level ? Lets assume you joined in March-April time , which is the time when a lot of people join and have a 60-70 percent Util at the end of the year (8-9 months for you). I know it depends on which practise , how the company and practise did that year , etc but there must be some kind of ballpark figure. Thanks in AdvanceTintin

Joining at C mid-year with average figures like that you'll get a 2 in end of year appraisal, depending on practice bonus could be 10%-20% pro-rata.

If you've had a good year you can expect more. In the region of 30 - 40%. I'm a PC and got over 40% last year.
