As ever, it depends.If the firm is actually made up of a series of associated firms in different countries (e.g. Deloitte) then you can usually apply to country B if it is covered by a different organisation to that covering country A.If the firm has a true global staffing model (i.e. a single controlling office and other offices are satellites) then likely all recruitment is controlled through the one office and they will sift out repeat applications.In the middle are firms whose regional offices have hiring autonomy but who share application tracking systems/forward on suitable applications to each other. In this case, your application may already have been sent to country B or they may already have seen it if you previously expressed an interest in that country.However, as TTC said, why not just call whoever you intend to send your application to in country B and ask them?
