I have recently been offered a Grad job within Accenture AIMS. Im wanting to steer clear from coding/programming as much as possible. What sort of work would a grad within AIMS be assigned?

Development is pretty much what Accenture Technology Consulting is about. Analyst roles (your first 2-3 years) are primarily about testing and auditing code, so you'll need to have a good grasp of programming to get by even if the code is generated elsewhere. Don't worry though - the training to get you up to speed is very good. I presume you're just worried about ending up as a single-language programmer by trade - all the hardcore coding in done in India now, so you should be fine.

Thanks for that, ive done a technical degree and worked as a Software Engineer during a placement year, so i can code.....i just dont partically like it. Cheers for info.
