Currently working for a charity after graduating last year.I have been offered a position with EY Business Risk Services.I have also been offered a position with a small consulting firm.I have aspirations of becoming a consultant. However, at this stage I'd prefer to work for a larger firm.Would the move into consulting be easier if I accept the EY position and hope to use the brand to move to a larger consultancy?OrShould I accept the offer with the smaller firm as it is more what I want to do and any consulting experience is a good thing?Other factors important to me are relatively the same at both organisations.
