Hi, anyone here has gone for the interviews for SCHLUMBERGER business consulting before? Will like to know more abt the types of interview they will conduct.any advice for me? Thanks in advance

I went to the SLB interview last year. Its pretty much standard interview. Met two of the Principal consultant, talking about the projects etc...Most of their projects seems to in West Africa and doing 6weeks on 2 weeks off was too much for me.

You need to come across as a hard r's.Think about it - would you send some grubby little unproven grad to offshore angola to lead change? You need to be able to show them you can lead. Other than that it's pretty simple - your personal history, professional history, projects & aims and what you can do for them.Good luck.

Schlumberger? Isn't that some German company that makes telephones?

Can you elaborate on the type of projects they do ? Is it focussed on A&D ? Are the skills tranferable back to industry? Thanks
