Hi All!First time poster - i currently have a few second round interviews/assessment centre days arranged with Accenture [within Business Integration] and PA Consulting [BOP] - so if you work there, have any helpful advice or remember your interview experience/case studies etc., please let me know.I also have a first round with BT next week. I've worked with BT and had them bidding in to an acquisition I was working on, but my experience of them may be a year or so out of date as they've pushed to move themselves up the service stack.I found them extremely technology focussed and their people concentrated on the kit at the expense of the programme. We would undoubtedly have got an excellent basis to layer the requirement onto but they quoted several times the budget, and several times the nearest competitors price.I understand that they've recognised that their weakness was in not actually providing what the client wanted and their current effort is to recruit people who can do interpret the business requirement into techie and then manage the techies.I also understand that the pay is below average.

I was, although I haven't finished my first stage interviews yet, I have that next week.What I did seemed to go ok, but just need to wait and see. I was interviewing with a different practice though, whilst I'm experienced in programme management there are different opportunities I'm interested in at the moment.
