Hi,I worked for 3 years as a change management consultant with one of the top 4 consultancies after my MBA. I have spent a lot of my time away from my family. I now am looking for some stablity and want to come home in the evenings and so want to join the Industry. What sort of jobs should I try for. Please advice.

RG, what exactly did you do within change management? I know that the area is very wide. Are we talking about CM like business acumen (BTS)? My suggection is that you detect the industries you have experience in and then basicly aplpy for permanent positions there. Where do you live now? Where do you want to live? All this matters you know.

Thanks Jon, I worked mostly in people side of change, ie, change readiness, SHM, comms strategy, culture change, process improvement, etc both in public and private sectors, but mostly in public sector. I am open to relocation. I was thinking in terms of internal change roles.... pls suggest
