Hi,It's pretty much a case study and presentation/role play followed by an interview. They are just really testing the usual things; people skills, can you think on your feet, do you live up to your CV, etc.

It's very important to have good people skills if you want to join Celerant. Don't even consider working there if your people skills are below average.
