Hi, Ive heard about this team at Deloitte that specialises in M&A strat work - delivering mainly commercial dd. It was a team bought from Burlington consultants. Can anyone shed some light onto their culture - their integration with the rest of Deloitte S&O and generally how they are seen in the market?Thank you !J

I genuinely haven't heard much about what's happened to the Burlington team since they were acquired by Deloitte. Generally speaking "no news is good news" though in the sense that disgruntled employees tend to make their opinions known on internet platforms like this one - and haven't seen any complaints posted anywhere. Our Sales Director Bryan Hickson is off on paternity this week (congratulations Bryan!); he manages the Deloitte account, so may have more insights on the subject. Will ask him to add any thoughts when he gets back from leave.Tony Restell (Top-Consultant.com)

The M&A Strategy team is well integrated with the strategy department of Deloitte (formerly S&O, now two departments). With regards to how they are seen in the market, I'm not sure, but judging by the amount of work they've had over the past few months - they seem to be doing extremely well.

Hi everyone, Bryan here from Top-Consultant - just baack from leave. Though I manage the Deloitte account here at TC, I'm afraid I haven't managed any campaigns for this particular team and so can't give you the skinny on their culture, their integration (Burlington -> Deloitte) etc. But as Tony says, no news is good news and having had a quick look at candidates on our CV database, it looks like they're enjoying very low churn at the moment. Btw, I've contacted the senior recruitment manager at Deloitte and invited them to share with us their perspectives on this thread...
