Hi, I was invited to a second round interview with Kaiser in a week's time. Can anyone please provide any tips on what happens in the four hours? Thank you very much!

my advice is not even to show up. i went for the 4 hours... i was bewildered at thier lack of professionality. the day lasts until 2 from 9am and all you are offered is a cup of filtered coffee. when i asked for lunch i was looked upon if i had just asked for a plate of caviar and crystal. the walls of the offices arent painted, it is the only office i have ever been in 10 years that still uses crt screens. the people seem dull and switched off. if you have ANY alternative do not go to Kaiser. or... go and see what you think. personally i would join the civil service.
