Hi everyone,Any advice out there on whether to join Roland Berger, PwC's Strategy Group, L.E.K., or Mercer MC? I'm fortunate in having several offers, but I'd really like to hear from anyone who has a firm opinion on the cultures, types of work, and people at these firms. These are offers in different countries, but I'm interested in the firms globally. Thanks in advance!

I would join Roland Berger in Germany or Central / Eastern Europe, where they are as strong as McKinsey (I used to work for RB!); PwC's strategy group is fast-growing and I know a lot of consultants from the top strategy consultancies are now there helping to build the London practice area (so should be high calibre of colleagues and a good client list being built up); L.E.K. are also very strong in the London market. Mercer MC I know the least about, but they are a well-respected brand and probably with a more established global footprint than the others. Hope this helps and good luck with your choice - whichever you join you will have a strong name on your CV and the ability to move on in a couple of years if you find you have made the wrong decision... Tony
