Hi, I am a an analyst with v. good background working in the strategy arm of a large consultancy. I have been offered places at both E&Y's new advisory practice, and KPMG's 'Strategic and Corporate Intelligence' arm. Just wanted to see what opinions were like, if this is considered to be a good move or not in terms of getting into a growing business that will lead me to more open doors? Salary is almost identical. Thanks for your help!

Depends what you want to do with the rest of your life..Really. I would choose a firm that offered a strong growth track. Also look around. Do you see women in senior positions? If you are ambitious, will that matter to you?
