I can get ideas of what it is like working at many consultancies from friends - but I would like to get an idea of what is it like working at ZS Associates? Would welcome comments from both current and past employees.Many thanks in advance for responses

Quite busy - not too much time to read boards ;-)It's a boutique firm - focused, high energy, relatively high growth and opportunity for careers, informal and collegialBut it's a boutique firm - specialised, somewhat reduced variety of work, sometimes stretched and high pressure with not too much help, US is a strong influence, paternalistic culture
