Congratulations on getting such good offers!I don't think you will receive terribly useful responses - I mean how many people have actually worked at all 4? Probably what's most important is CV power and prestige, and from that respect - BAH:http://www.thevault.com/nr/consulting_rankings/consulting_rankings.jsp?consulting2006=2&ch_id=252Note they order the companies as:BAH > Marakon > Accenture > E&YIN the technology sphere BAH come out on top as well:http://www.thevault.com/nr/consulting_rankings/techconsulting_rankings.jsp?techconsulting2005=2I would say this though: these surveys are from an American Careers website. If you check out a UK poll, the story is different:http://www.managementconsultancy.co.uk/webdirectory/top75-01I don't even see BAH on the list, but i didn't look too closely. Perhaps BAH don't have a large presence over here, I don't know.Sorry actually - I assumed you were from the UK, where are you based?

Good input from John McBride, but this is a weired mix, ask yourself what you want to do...if it is strategy: BAH without doubt number one, Marakon also recommendable, the remaining two tell YOU they do strategy work...believe me their understanding of strategy is to find an implementation project which costs the client two years with questionnable output!Good luck and don't forget the "last round" reg. salary, a lot is possible at the moment!
