Hi there,I've been looking at the market in India and have put a thought to start up a consulting firm here. I'm from the city of Bangalore and I see a huge growth for consultants. Currently, I'm conducting a survey on Employee Attrition and will be able to come out with solutions for this in the next couple of weeks. This is just the initial project that has a huge potential given the current scenario with the ITES and IT industry here.
