I've been put forward for an interview with Hedra - does anyone know what it's like to work there ie culture, lifestyle, reputation, clients. Any help much appreciated!

Third tier public sector body shop. Frankly having Hedra on your CV is not going to get anyone excited...

I don't actually think it is Hedra itself that is that bad but consulting generally. Yes, they do expect alot but I felt that they did try and reward you fairly. I think their back office processes were very efficient.Turnover is a problem on the CfH programme. Some of the management is poor as well. I had one very poor manager who luckily was pushed out.

Are Hedra going to float this year? and is it wise to join a company that is about to float?
