As we all know, LogicaCMG who had a long standing contract with Ofcom, has recently lost the Ofcom bid. The winning bidder Capgemini has offered LCMG staff a better package to TUPE (move across) to Capgemini. The advice I seek is this: How would it look on the CV if an LCMG person were to TUPE across to Capgemini? Would it not be seen as a slight glitch on the CV, especially if you might only be with Cap for a couple of months?Any thoughts?Fay

No one cares how long you are with a firm these days. If you have the skils, the experience and your face fits - then you are in.
It is a numbers game honey! Do you know what I mean?
Besides, just explain to the recruiter that you were extremely involved in the project and professionally you did not want to walk away from the client. You chose to move across (from L to C) to complete your piece of work and now you have achieved this you are seeking your next challenge.
